The Asia & Pacific OTIC in Singapore, in partnership with North American OTIC in the Boston Area (Northeastern University), hosted the O-RAN Global PlugFest Spring 2024 from 26 February to 31 May 2024 (including the week for O-RAN internal presentations and demonstrations). Testing at the Asia & Pacific OTIC site focused on the following high-level scope items.

• Demonstrate consistent and repeatable testing in multiple labs
• O-RAN Energy efficiency and savings testing
• O-RAN deployment templates, DevOps, and test automation
• O-RAN RIC and xApp/rApp testing

The PlugFest testing was held at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), located at 8 Somapah Rd, Singapore 487372.
