Dr Ngo Van Mao, FCP Systems Architect, represented the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) at the International Open RAN Symposium (IORS) 2025 in Tokyo. Dr Ngo participated as a panellist, sharing expertise and insights during discussions and took on the role of technical leader in an interactive workshop session, where he guided conversations regarding the next steps for implementing identified Open RAN solutions.

IORS is organised by the US Institute for Telecommunication Sciences (ITS) and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) and serves as a forum for Open RAN experts to share insights, collaborate on shared objectives, and foster a community of practice that supports consistent and repeatable Open RAN testing.
