Before joining FCP, Tuan had two years of experience as a Network Protocol Developer for a network device producer, where he focused on Layer 3 Switches. During his time at this previous company, he was honored with the title “Emulative Soldier”, an award for employees who make considerable contributions. He joins FCP with the ambition to explore other segments of the networking industry and research for the future of the network.

His research interests include Wireless Sensor Networks, Transport Networks, 5G/6G Networks, and their applications in the field of Robotics.

He is dedicated to developing practical and effective solutions to create a better digital world.

Ganesh Subramanian

Ganesh Subramanian is currently pursuing his PhD in camera forensics. He got his MSSD degree in 2021 from SUTD. He has been working in SUTD as a senior research assistant and is the custodian of the newly formed 5G laboratory which runs the Razorstone project.

Gu Zhouyou

Zhouyou Gu received the B.E. (Hons.) and M.Phil. degrees from the University of Sydney (USYD), Australia, where he also completed his Ph.D. in the School of Electrical and Information Engineering in 2023. He was a recipient of the Australian Research Training Program Stipend, as well as USYD Postgraduate Research Supplementary and Completion Scholarships.

He worked as a research assistant at USYD in 2023 and as a research fellow at Deakin University in 2024. He joined the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) in November 2024, where he works as a research fellow with Prof. Jihong Park.

In addition to his academic experience, he has closely collaborated with industry partners and initiatives, including Telstra, SmartSat CRC, and Morse Micro, to translate his research into practical applications.

His work has been published in prestigious journals and conferences, such as IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking (TON), IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications (JSAC), and IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications (TWC), among others.

His current research lies at the intersection of graph theory and artificial intelligence, aiming to tackle the challenges of large-scale wireless networks.

Lim Yi Shen

Yi Shen is a dynamic robotics and automation engineer with strong cross-disciplinary experience spanning computer vision, embedded systems, and intelligent automation. A graduate of SUTD’s robotics track, Yi Shen has led and contributed to diverse R&D efforts—from autonomous robotic systems and PLC-controlled AGVs to advanced 3D reconstruction techniques for precision applications.

He has delivered solutions across both academic and industrial contexts, having worked in organisations such as d’Optron Pte Ltd, MA Micro Automation, Continental AG, BAUMANN Spring, and Systra MVA. His work includes robotic arm path planning, machine vision for stereo microscopy, PLC commissioning for production lines, and autonomous delivery robot development.

With practical experience in applied research and deployment, Yi Shen’s interests lie in building scalable, intelligent robotic systems that integrate perception, planning, and control to drive next-generation automation. His current research explores the integration of core 5G networks with robotic systems and their high-fidelity simulation environments.

Lin Wei

Wei Lin holds a PhD in Cybersecurity from the Singapore University of Technology and Design. He received his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), and a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS). His research interests focus on cybersecurity for critical infrastructure and network security.

Amogh P.C

Amogh specializes in developing and deploying 5G translational use cases in collaboration with industry partners in Singapore. Prior to this, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Future Communications Translation Program (SIT), where he contributed to the design and deployment of large-scale, campus-wide 5G Open RAN systems, including multi-vendor deployments.

He has also held visiting research engineer positions at Eurecom (France), working on OpenAirInterface (OAI) and ultra-reliable low-latency communication in 5G, and at the University of Tokyo (Japan), focusing on indoor localization using wireless technologies. In addition, he worked as a Researcher & Developer at TCS Innovation Labs, building web applications from back-end to front-end systems.

His expertise includes network slicing, edge computing, and AI-driven Open RAN within cloud-native architectures.

Mengqiu joined the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) as a postdoctoral research fellow in August 2025. Her research interests include resource scheduling in Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) networks , Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) systems , and the optimization of space-air-ground integrated networks.

Yongjeong Oh joined the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) as a postdoctoral research fellow in April 2026. His master’s thesis and doctoral dissertation received the Best Master’s Thesis Award and the Best Doctoral Dissertation Award. He was also a recipient of the 2026 Samsung Humantech Paper Award. His research lies at the intersection of wireless communications and deep learning, with particular expertise in semantic communications, AI-native air interfaces, and communication-efficient distributed learning. 

Jiayi Xie

Jiayi Xie’s research interests include AI security, cybersecurity, and threat modelling, with a particular focus on the security of LLM-based agents and memory-augmented AI systems. She is also involved in developing practical threat modelling and security analysis tools for 5G and beyond networks.

Zihan Chen

Zihan Chen received the B.Eng. degree in Communication Engineering at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2018. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD)- National University of Singapore (NUS) Joint Ph.D. Programme in 2022. Currently, he is a Research Fellow at SUTD. His research mainly focuses on distributed machine learning and AI-native communication.
